We took on this project at a key moment: the immediate delivery of the house allowed us to design every detail from scratch, respecting the built environment and enhancing its essence.

The property, intended for both rental and private use, includes an outdoor dining area, a pool area, an integrated kitchen and living space, two bedrooms (one on each level), three bathrooms (two en suite), and a laundry area.

Our approach was to create a warm and cohesive atmosphere. We designed all the furniture to measure using macuil wood, ensuring continuity with the original doors and windows. The earthy color palette, complemented by subtle accents, evokes a sense of freshness, naturalness, and connection between the spaces.

The guiding thread of the project is the upholstery: through its base color and contrasting piping details, we managed to integrate all areas, creating a fluid and harmonious visual journey.

Every corner was thoughtfully designed to invite rest and contemplation, resulting in a home that breathes design, functionality, and a deep sense of belonging.
